Thoughts After Melbourne

In July 2018, I had the chance to travel to Melbourne City, a gorgeous place for me to step into photography regardless cityscape or landscape. I am so glad to have a friend who lives in Melbourne as she offered me a place to stay, so I managed to save on accommodation which could cost me around thousands ringgit (MYR).
Why July ?
July is the coldest month in Melbourne. I have always wanted to travel somewhere cold to experience different weather as my country, Malaysia is sunny, rainy and warm throughout the year. I was actually planning to photograph milkyway in Phillip Island but it was so cloudy on that night. However, it was fun to have those disappointing moments because photography is never easy especially landscape.
Fortunately, I managed to take a photo but there was a cost for it - I had to run from the wave and my shoe and jeans were all wet. Not to mention, it was winter! so FREAKING COLD! But it was worth it!

Thankfully, I have a friend who was willing to do these silly/crazy things with me, but she did manage to escape from the wave and didn't get wet - what a lucky girl!

Sorry for my messy itinerary because we didn't actually plan the whole itinerary. We did our planning last minute because we didn't want to rush the schedule. Most importantly, most of the amazing moments weren't planned! Thus, I had a lot of amazing moments despite got sick during travelling.
The Result
There were plenty of fun moments and I have taken a lot of good photos as well as bad photos. The biggest mistake I've made was some of the beautiful photos were taken in JPEG format. I guess it was a beginner mistake?
Here are some of the photos, please leave a comment and let me know what you think!
The girl in the last photo, she was my Melbourne tour guide!
